Data deletion

At Elevate Links we respect your right to control your personal information. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, without giving a reason.

What data we delete

When you request deletion, we permanently remove:

  • Your account profile (email, name, picture, password).
  • All your bio pages (designs, links, widgets, and SEO configuration).
  • Tokens and credentials of integrations (Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Analytics history (views, clicks, traffic sources).
  • Notifications, audit logs, and subscriptions.
  • Files uploaded to our storage (avatars, banners, backgrounds).

Deletion is irreversible. Once completed, we will not be able to recover the information.

How to request deletion

You have two ways to do it:

1

From your account (recommended)

  1. Sign in at elevatelinks.com.
  2. Go to SettingsAccount.
  3. Click Delete my account and confirm with your password.

Deletion is processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.

2

By email

If you cannot access your account, write to us at elevatehuboficial@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, including:

  • Subject: "Data deletion request"
  • Your username or public URL (e.g. elevatelinks.com/yourusername)
  • Reason (optional)

We will reply within a maximum of 30 days with confirmation of the deletion.

Data we may retain

For legal and security reasons we may retain, for a limited period:

  • Financial and billing records if you had a paid subscription (required by tax regulations — up to 5 years).
  • Anonymized logs without personally identifiable information (for aggregated analysis and abuse detection).
  • Information needed to respond to active legal requirements.

Data on third-party platforms

If you connected your Elevate Links account with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Mailchimp, or other services, deleting your account here revokes our access tokens to those services, but does not delete your account on them. To delete your account on each platform you must do so from that platform itself.

If you revoke access from the third-party platform (for example, by removing permissions in your Facebook account settings), we will also comply with the deletion of the data derived from that connection.

Any questions?

Write to us at elevatehuboficial@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
